Allsupplements.com.au reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Allsupplements.com.au shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Right to Cancel or Refund Order
All Supps reserves the right to cancel or refund orders before dispatching for delivery even if the Order was previously accepted. Examples of this scenario, but not limited by, could be where:
All Supps suppliers are unable to supply Goods that they have previously promised to supply
An Event beyond All Supps control (pandemic, terrorism, act of God etc.) means All Supps is unable to supply the Goods within a reasonable time frame
Typographical errors (as previously mentioned) for Goods on the website have been acknowledged by All Supps in relation to a product description, price, or image
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Allsupplements.com.au without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

PAYMENTS/RENEWALS: We currently accept the following credit cards for payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover (this list is subject to change, from time to time). We will retain your credit card and billing information, and charge your credit card for all applicable fees in connection with your use of the Services, until your use of the Services is terminated in accordance with this Agreement and all outstanding fees are paid in full.
TERMINATION OR CANCELLATIONS OF ACCOUNTS & REFUNDS: If you do not wish to continue using the Service, it is your responsibility to cancel the Service. Once you registered to this service, cancellation option will only be available after your 4th delivery. You can opt out directly from your “Account” or you can contact us at email@example.com Any subscription you purchase through us will automatically renew unless you opt out.
We may terminate these Terms, terminate your access to all or part of the Site and/or Services, or suspend any user's access to all or part of the Site and/or Services, at any time, without notice to you, if we believe, in our sole judgment, that you or any user connected to you have breached or may breach any term or condition of these Terms, if we believe it is required by law, or otherwise. We may delete any Account Data or other materials relating to your use of the Site and/or our Services on our servers or otherwise in our possession. You acknowledge that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any termination of your access to the Site and/or our Services.
We reserve the right to terminate your Account for non-payment if, by thirty (30) days after deactivation of your Account, you have not brought your Account balance current or contacted us regarding reactivation. If we terminate your Account, all of your Account Data may be deleted.
SECURITY: We will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the information required for the performance of the Services. If you provide information to us that requires a higher level of security, such as special categories under the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), you assume the responsibility of properly securing said information and acknowledge that providing any such information to us which is not required for the performance of the Services is a violation of these Terms.
General Shipping and Delivery T&C
A flat rate applies to all orders under $99 within Australia. Orders of $99 and more will be shipped for free within Australia. International orders are not shipped and order will be cancelled. Allsupplements.com.au reserves the right to change this at any time.
In the event of a parcel being delivered to the address provided and it being incorrect, we are not liable for this and/or loss of product.
Express shipping as of September 2020 is live. Overnight delivery is not guaranteed, however, as per Australia Post's updates - for capital cities 1-2 business days is the average delivery time from our dispatch center in QLD
Elite Supps does not split shipments. By purchasing, you acknowledge that the order cannot be split and will be dispatched once the entire order can be fulfilled in full.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless allsupplements.com.au, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

However, even if the third party is affiliated with allsupplements.com.au, allsupplements.com.au has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of allsupplements.com.au. Promotions and Pricing
Discounts on bundles & specials - Discount codes are not applicable on products that are already discounted. These includes items such as:
Special bundles/packs or deals
Items on clearance or with reduced pricing
Boxes of bars and drinks
Not all promotions that are depicted online are sold in store and are for participating stores only. All prices in store are the same as online inclusive of standard freight ($10).
Pre Order Items - All product that are pre order are stated in the title and/or product description with date of being in stock. If you have order a pre order item and do not wish to wait for it to be dispatched we can credit you to your All Supps account or dispatch another item of the same value.
Whilst we do our best to advise of the estimated dispatch date, please note that there are circumstances that can delay the dispatch timing of these. We will endeavor to communicate these to you so your expectations are always aligned - but please note that dates can be delayed at times.
All free gifts, promotional accessories and/or related items are applicable while stocks last.
All items online are applicable for a discount code excluding already discounted items, this includes bundles and special/sale items. Online discount codes are not applicable for use in store.
Returns & 30-Day Money Back Guarantee*
The 30 day money back guarantee is applicable for customers who
Have a change of mind / not happy with the product
No longer want the product
This enquiry to return the unopened product to receive a full refund must be made within 30 days from the purchase date, and the item is to be returned to All Supps at the customers' expense.
If items have been opened and deemed to not meet consumer guarantees, the customer is entitled to receive replacement or refunds at any time (does not need to be lodged within 30 days of purchase)
Please note - under Australian Consumer Law, refunds and/or 30 day money back guarantees are not legally applicable on dissatisfaction with an element of the product that does not represent a product fault. Examples include
not liking flavour
preferring a different consistency
realising a wrong flavour has been purchased
purchasing clearance or special products that have advertised they are of lower quality
If the item has been opened and consumed, in instances such as (but not limited by) those mentioned, All Supps Australia is under no legal obligation to refund customers based on the above.
GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
How and where you can use the Gift Card
Purchases with your Gift Card:
ONLINE: You may purchase goods from www.allsupplements.com.au using the Gift Card by finding the goods, adding them to your basket and taking them to the final stage of the Checkout process. You will have the option to add your full gift card number, and then press the "Apply" button. You will note the Gift Card amount has been subtracted from the Total of the Transaction. The transaction will be completed when the goods are packed and processed. No change will be given: any remaining balance on the card can only be used in whole or part against future purchases.
You acknowledge that the Gift Card may not be used:
- to pay a store or credit account;
- for purchases by email, phone or fax where proof of purchase cannot be established.
Gift Cards that are purchased directly from www.allsupplements.com.au, in the same transaction will be pre-loaded and activated at the same time/concurrently.
You agree that we can reduce the remaining Card Value by the value of all purchases of goods and services that are authorized by you. Transactions are authorized by you by:
- giving All Supplements details of the Gift Card and authorising the transaction in some other way approved by All Supplements.
When you authorise a transaction:
- you are confirming that the transaction correctly represents the purchase price of the goods or services obtained; and
- you are agreeing to pay the amount of that transaction by the reduction of the Remaining Card Value.
Purchases exceeding the Gift Card value:
Your Gift Card may only be used to make purchases up to the Remaining Card Value. If you wish to make a purchase for an amount that exceeds the Remaining Card Value, you must pay the excess using another payment method.
No cash advances: You cannot obtain any cash advance with your Gift Card or redeem your Gift Card for cash.
Expiry, balance and reissuance enquiries
Validity, expiry and extension of expiry of Gift Cards:
- Gift Cards purchased will be valid for use for three (3) years (36 months) from the date of issue. Any balance that remains on a Gift Card will not be available for use after the expiry date. Excludes Ultimate Cards and Promotional Gift Cards.
- We may, at our discretion, extend the expiry date of gift cards for short time periods.

Re-issue of faulty or damaged Gift Cards:
- Faulty or damaged Gift Cards shall not ordinarily be replaced by All Supplements unless the Gift Cards are faulty or damaged as a result of the production process or otherwise due to the fault of All Supplements, its agents or contractors or a participating retailer. However, please contact us to discuss re-issuance in these and other circumstances which may have affected your Gift Card.
Destruction of Gift Card with no value:
- Once the Remaining Card Value is completely used, please destroy your card by cutting it in half diagonally. Your Gift Card cannot be reloaded.
Lost or stolen Gift Cards:
- Treat your Gift Card like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded.
Can I exchange my Gift Card?
You cannot exchange your Gift Card for a different company, denomination or type of Gift Card or for another tender, cash or discount.
Consumer Guarantee & Remediation
All Supps guarantees that the products advertised are:
Of acceptable quality – in some cases products with certain stims like Beta alanine, plant and food extracts may clump up due to moisture (change of weather). This does not affect the quality of the ingredients and can still be consumed, we offer no refunds on clumped products as it’s out of our control.

Freight Protection (Easy Protection)
Freight protection is available and covers customers of All Supps for lost or items DIT (damaged in transit). Customers who do not purchase freight insurance are not eligible for coverage on items lost or damaged in transit.
What am I covered for under freight insurance?
Lost in transit - orders confirmed lost by the courier will be replaced.
Damaged in transit - orders damaged in transit to listed shipping address.

Product Selling When Out of Stock
Whilst we do our best, at times, there can be incidences when products appear as available for purchase, but by the time they are synced into our processing system, can "oversell" a product.
In this instance, we will contact you immediately and inform you of the options for the situation and attempt to rectify the matter as quickly as possible.
Whilst we understand this can be inconvenient and undesirable, it affects less than 1% of our total orders and we are working to eliminate this as fast we possible.
Pre purchase, or pre-order - are when you can lock in and reserve your specific items today for products that may not be available to dispatch immediately.
Pre purchase items include notes in the description advising on the estimated arrival times for the specific product in reference.
Pre purchase items that are bought in orders with more than 1 product cannot be split - so your entire order will ship when your pre-purchased item arrives.
